What I can do for you
Pilates is a wonderful method to help improve your posture, strength and overall wellbeing.
My classes are mat-based and focus on correcting postural imbalances, building up core strength and improving overall mobility and muscle tone.
Not only will you notice physical benefits from a regular Pilates practice, but you will also feel some wonderful mental benefits as we focus on aligning movement with the breath and developing a greater connection to and understanding of the body.
My classes are suitable for all levels, including the complete beginner. I will always offer variations to suit individual requirements.

Wednesday 6.30pm at Valley Leisure Centre
Wednesday 8pm at The Fitness Hub, Carrickfergus

I often get asked to put on classes at different times or locations as the times I have on offer do not suit everyone.
Being a busy mum, I am just not able to do any more, so I have decided to launch some online courses! Not only will these course be cheaper than attending in person, but you will be able to choose exactly when you want to do your workouts in the comfort of your own home!

Squats & Tots…
SQUATS+TOTS is a unique fusion of Fitness and Pilates designed especially with mums in mind. Removing any need for childcare, mums can bring babies or toddlers along with them to the class.
Mums will enjoy an energising mat-based workout led by a fully qualified instructor who specialises in postnatal fitness. The class consists of a combination of Pilates, Yoga HIIT and a mix of exercises using bodyweight & some equipment (Stability Balls, Resistance Bands, light weights…) This perfect formula helps to rebuild core strength, correct postural imbalances and improve fitness, enabling mums to handle whatever motherhood may bring!
With no running, jumping or high-impact cardio involved, this class is suitable for mums at any stage of their postnatal journey. It isn’t always easy to muster up the energy to exercise when dealing with teething, feeding, sleepless nights and toddler tantrums! SQUATS+TOTS allows mums to improve their strength and fitness without needing to invest in a new pair of running shoes!
The little ones love to watch their mummies and older toddlers enjoy joining in or simply running around and enjoying some playtime with their new friends! We always encourage them to participate and take time to make sure they are having fun too 🙂
