RETREATS

Our next event is our WINTER WELLNESS RETREAT at LORNE HOUSE, Holywood.

This retreat is your chance to take some much needed time out for yourself.  We have this beautiful venue booked for the weekend of 3rd & 4th February and it is just for us!

Arrival is 9.30am on Saturday 3rd and you will be welcomed with some delicious and healthy homemade juices.

After introductions and settling into your rooms (accommodation is shared rooms, 2-4 per room, all rooms are ensuite) you will enjoy some gentle and relaxing Pilates in the beautiful and bright front room at Lorne House, overlooking the gardens.

Throughout the day you will have time to enjoy the grounds, take a walk to the nearby beach or simply relax in the house and enjoy some peace and rest.  You will also be treated to several holistic therapies including Reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki and EFT.

Vegetarian lunch and dinner will be provided as well as teas, coffee and snacks.  You will also return to the Pilates mat for some more slow and relaxing movement and mediation to help slow the mind down and prepare for your sleep.

The combination of movement, rest, and pampering is the perfect blend for a restorative, rejuvenating & potentially life-changing weekend!

NEW CLASS – SQUATS & TOTS

This is a BRAND NEW Fitness Pilates class where mums can bring babies or toddlers along and enjoy working out without the need for childcare.

You will enjoy an energising workout using Pilates principles to help rebuild your core strength, enabling you to handle whatever motherhood may throw at you!!

Every mum will receive a welcome pack with some goodies and ideas for exercises to do at home to complement the class.

Come along and make some new friends, share your motherhood wins and fails and best of all, get your workout done WITH your little one by your side! **

Date & Time – Wed 10th Jan 11am-12pm for 4 consecutive weeks (last week 31st Jan)

*Mums can bring more than 1 child to the class. Children remain the responsibility of the parent for the duration of the class.

**Babies are welcome from 6 weeks (to allow mum time to recover – 12 weeks post C-section) and toddlers are also welcome.

Tuesday 7.30pm – Flow – Pilates with a hint of Yoga.  Glengormley Pavilion

Thursday 9.30am – Pilates, beginner to improver. Strength N.I., Manse Rd., Newtownabbey

All above classes are £7 drop in or buy a 6 class pass for £30 (2 month expiry from date of purchase)  You can pay for your pass directly at any class or by  using the button below.


INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS OR PRIVATE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Get in touch through Contact page to go through your options for individual sessions.  I am very flexible and am happy to put together sessions to suit your needs.  We can focus specifically on Pilates or we can concentrate on cardio / fat-burning training, depending on what your own personal goals are.

I am also available for small group sessions, again tailored specifically to suit your needs.  So if you have a few friends who would be interested in some personalised sessions, or if you would like me to come into your workplace,  please just get in touch to see what I can arrange for you!
