Events / Class Timetable SQUATS & TOTS This is a BRAND NEW Fitness Pilates class where mums can bring babies or toddlers along and enjoy working out without the need for childcare. You will enjoy an energising workout using Pilates principles to help rebuild your core strength, enabling you to handle whatever motherhood may throw at you!! Every mum will receive a welcome pack with some goodies and ideas for exercises to do at home to complement the class. I am very flexible and am happy to put together sessions to suit your needs. We can focus specifically on Pilates or we can concentrate on cardio / fat-burning training, depending on what your own personal goals are. I am also available for small group sessions, again tailored specifically to suit your needs.
