After hosting and participating in several full day and overnight retreats, I recognised the need people have for a little mini retreat experience from time to time.   A space to be still and quiet and take time just for yourself.

My Mini Retreats involve some gentle stretching and movement, guided meditation and breathing tips and techniques.   There is also some time to enjoy a cup of herbal (or ordinary) tea and a snack together.  Each Mini Retreat lasts around 2 hours and the content will be slightly different for each one, but always focussed around calming the mind and tips on how to live with less stress.
