My Pilates classes are suitable for all levels – beginners or improvers. I will always offer options to cater for specific requirements or fitness levels. If you are recovering from an injury or recent surgery please ensure that your Doctor or Physiotherapist has given you the OK to come to a general class. Please also ensure that you inform me of any issues you may be suffering with before starting the class.
