WORKSHOP

I am delighted to be bringing my first SERENITY WORKSHOP to the beautiful Maitri Studio in Belfast on Sunday 24th March (2-4pm)

In this relaxed 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through various techniques all with one goal – SERENITY.

Activities will include some gentle movement & stretching, meditation, art and relaxation.

Light refreshments will be provided.

SERENITY Online & Workshops

SERENITY is an online program designed to help you find calm in every day through practices such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Gratitude, Journaling, Music, Affirmations and Breathwork.

I understand how easy it is to feel stressed and overwhelmed with life and I am making it my mission to help as many people as possible develop skills to help them cope 🙂

When our lives get busy, our minds do too and a busy mind can struggle to find clarity of thought.  What we need to do is find a way to quiet the mind but so often we are too busy or too stressed to find the time to do this, or we simply don’t know where to begin.

I have been in this situation.  I understand how these stresses can make even the simplest of tasks seem too much to handle.  I know that making your own mental well-being a priority is not selfish or indulgent.  It is necessary.   And I know it isn’t always easy, that you need a little help…a little support and guidance.

This is why I created SERENITY.

I want to help as many people as possible develop the skills and techniques to cope with life when it gets stressful and busy.  I want you to have your own personalised SERENITY SYSTEM that you can turn to any time you feel in need.  I want you to be calm and in control of your emotions.

SERENITY will guide you through all of this 🙂

  • Access to Private Facebook group for extra support (not compulsory for the program)

You can work through the program in 21 days or take longer to progress through the 21 Steps, it is up to YOU!
