You will enjoy an energising mat-based workout using a combination of Pilates, Yoga HIIT and a mix of exercises using bodyweight & some equipment (Stability Balls, Resistance Bands, light weights…) This perfect formula will help you rebuild your core strength, enabling you to handle whatever motherhood may throw at you!!
