Before embarking on any therapy sessions, I will always invite you to phone me for an initial consultation during which I will gather details about the issue that you require help with. This allows me to understand what exactly you require and decide if Hypnotherapy is a suitable treatment. It also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and alleviate any worries you may have regarding the process.
From there I will then work on some personalised scripts to use in the therapy session/s. The number of sessions varies for each individual and can be anything from one session up to 7 or 8 depending on the issue. This will all be discussed in the Initial Consultation.
You will also receive personalised recording/s to listen to at home. These can be extremely helpful in bringing about the desired changes.
