After exploring the power of meditation more deeply, Hypnotherapy was a natural progression for me.  It really is the ultimate meditation!

Far from the image that so many people have of mind control and making people cluck like chickens, it is actually a wonderfully relaxing experience that can ultimately bring some beautiful and positive changes into your life.  You are always fully in control, even when under hypnosis.

In this present time of uncertainty as we all negotiate the new way of life and social distancing,  I am changing how I offer my services.

While we may not be able to meet in person just now, I am still able to help you through personalised self-hypnosis.

How does this work exactly? Well, first we will have a consultation online via Zoom or even on the phone if you prefer.  This consultation is vital because this is when you will tell me exactly what you are struggling with and what you would like some help with.  It also is a chance for me to assess how best I can use Hypnotherapy to help you.

After this consultation I will record a personalised self-hypnosis script for you and record it for you to listen to at home on your own.   You can listen as often as you like and you will have access to the recording FOREVER.

This is all self-hypnosis is!  All you have to do is ensure you have a space where you can listen to my specially worded audio without being disturbed.  It is no more complicated than that!

In fact, all hypnosis is self hypnosis – even when we meet in person for sessions, it is YOU who sends the messages to your body and brain to relax.  It is always you who is in control.
