I won’t tell you what to eat and what not to eat. I won’t provide you with a strict meal plan or a list of forbidden foods. Instead I will help you to figure out how and what YOU want to fuel YOUR body with to enable you to live your life in a healthy, positive way!
8 x weekly 1-to-1 sessions
Meet with me once a week for 8 weeks. These sessions will be predominantly Hypnotherapy sessions, with the option to do Pilates/Fitness training as well if desired. The content of each weekly session will be based around your personal needs and focus on whatever you feel you need most assistance and support with.

4 x fortnightly 1-to-1 sessions (week 1, 3, 5 & 7 of the programme)
Meet with me once a fortnight for your personalised Hypnotherapy sessions. There is also the option to do Pilates/Fitness training in these sessions if desired. 4 x fortnightly GROUP sessions (Week 1, 3, 5 & 7 of the programme)
Complete the programme by meeting with me once a fortnight for group sessions. The group will be between 2 – 6 people and in each session we will work through the programme in a supportive and caring environment. Each session will include a group Hypnotherapy session as well as opportunities to share difficulties and successes with others.
You will still receive all the additional support content including workouts, recipe book and self-hypnosis audios to download and listen to at home.
