During this strange period of COVID-19 isolation and social distancing we are all experiencing levels of anxiety and stress that are higher than ever before. This is totally understandable, these really are unprecedented times!
The techniques that I use in my MYB programme are predominantly Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping) and mindset work. These techniques can be so helpful in managing negative emotions such as stress, anxiety and fear. I will provide you with audio files that you can download and listen to at home in your own time. These are personalised to you and whatever you are struggling with and can be really useful to help you relax when your mind is full of worries and anxieties.
It is an unsettling time for many of us and it is vital now more than ever that we take good care of our emotional and physical health. True health really does begin with the mind!
If we can master our mind and our thoughts, it filters through to every other aspect of our life.
This is not a diet or a fitness programme. I won’t tell you what to eat and what not to eat. I won’t provide you with a strict meal plan or a list of forbidden foods. Instead I will help you to figure out how and what YOU need to do to feel positive and motivated to live your life in a healthy way 🙂
4 x fortnightly or weekly 1-to-1 sessions
Meet with me via ZOOM once a fortnight or once a week to discuss your problems, struggles and successes! These meetings will also provide me with the info I need to create and record your personalised self-hypnosis audios for you to listen to at home.
There is also the option to do Pilates/Fitness training in these sessions if desired.
The content of each session will be based around your personal needs and focus on whatever you feel you need most assistance and support with.
