Pilates is a wonderful method to help improve your posture, strength and overall wellbeing.
My classes are mat-based and focus on correcting postural imbalances, building up core strength and improving overall mobility and muscle tone.
Not only will you notice physical benefits from a regular Pilates practice, but you will also feel some wonderful mental benefits as we focus on aligning movement with the breath and developing a greater connection to and understanding of the body.
My classes are suitable for all levels, including the complete beginner. I will always offer variations to suit individual requirements.

8pm at Glengormley Pavilion
10am at Wilson Chiropractic, Larne.
Individual sessions are available at Wilson Chiropractic in Larne & Ballyclare. I am also available to come to your house if preferred.
These sessions can be beneficial if you are recovering from injury, or if you have a particular issue that needs more focussed attention.
