Perhaps you just need a little extra push and find that you don’t get what you need in a class environment. Or you just can’t get out to classes due to family or work commitments.
Whatever your reasons may be, there are times when a group setting just isn’t the right fit. I understand that!

I combine elements of Pilates, HIIT, Yoga, Strength Training and Mindfulness (if desired!) to my sessions, focussing on each individual’s specific needs and goals.
